Hi there! I'm Bailey Morton, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, specializing in Autism Spectrum Disorder, from the University of Colorado. My
professional focus is on delivering evidence-based, individualized interventions that promote meaningful
progress and empower families.

 

One of my favorite parts of working in ABA is witnessing those “small” skills take root—skills that may seem minor at first but gradually grow into essential life abilities that foster independence and a more fulfilling future. Seeing that transformation is what drives my passion for early intervention and compassionate care.

 

Outside of my work, I love spending time with my family—whether we’re hiking through beautiful trails, skiing down
snowy mountains, or camping under the stars. These moments remind me why connection and joy matter so deeply, both in life and in the work I do.
