Shipping Policy

• Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–5 business days.

• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is 10–30 business days, depending on your location.

• Tracking: Tracking numbers are provided for most orders. Tracking information may take 5-10 business days to update after shipment.

Eligibility for Refunds

• Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos.

• Item Not Received: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery time, you may request a refund after we verify tracking.

• Wrong Item Received: Notify us within 7 days of delivery with proof.

Conditions

• Refunds will only be issued if:

  • The claim is made within 7 days of delivery.

  • Valid evidence (photos/videos) is provided.

• Items must be unused and in original packaging (except damaged/defective items).

Non-Refundable Situations

• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

• Minor variations in color or size.

• Orders still in transit within the estimated timeframe.

• Buyer remorse or incorrect ordering. 

• Digital products and visual downloads: Due to the nature of these items, no refunds or returns are available for digital downloads or visual content once delivered.

Return Process

1. Contact us with your order number and evidence.

2. We will review your claim within 3 business days.

3. If approved, we will provide return instructions (if applicable).

4. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

5. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect. 

6. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

2. Order cancelations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
